The company was founded in 2002. The owner Ozana Šustić, dipl.ing.arh., is a licensed architect. Project and future company partners are young and perspective architects: Marija Zulim Ivačić, mag. ing. arh., Tonia Prančić Mihaljević mag. ing. arh., Ivana Lovrić, dipl.ing.arh., Irena Margeta, mag.ing.arh., dugogodišnja djelatnica: Ana Nožina ing. građ and Mario Obrvan, ing.građ., Boro Šustić organisation & logistics.

In 2002-2014 we have completed several hundreds of projects (smaller and bigger) for residential, residential-business, and business facilities. In 2013 we were active on the project Hotel Damiani, Duće near Omiš (up to obtaining the certificate of occupancy). A well-known retail chain Tommy has been employing our services since 2010. The company has ten employees. Our basic activity deals with architectural design. Our services are currently being expanded to counseling in building construction, supervision of conducting final works in construction, interior design and planning, etc. In 2013 we were awarded the AAA business excellence certificate. In 2013 we have also received the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Certificate.

    We contacted the company Studio Artis having been recommended the architect Ozana Sustic by our local friends in Croatia. The owner of the company and architect Ozana Sustic has been working with is for a year, and has found good solutions to all our wishes for our dream home, and so far in the project we have an approved building permit, wich we look forward to see as home for us.     Ozana and her team were an integral part of our project. They were attentive to our needs and suggestions in coming up with the archtectural design. They were extremely effective in helping obtain the building permits and other necessary legal documents. Additionally, they worked very well with our interior and landscape designers. As construction supervisors, they were very dilligent and attentive to detail to look after the homeowner’s interest.     I first met Ozana Sustic in 2002, when I was investigating the possibilities of a development in Dalmatia. During this time there was a two tier system for charging for professional services, one for locals and an inflated level for foreigners. I was immediately impressed that here was a person who would charge us the same level as for Croatians. Twelve years later and two developments behind us, I must say that we have received a high, professional level of service and commitment. Moreover, on top of this she has steered and helped with all of the bureaucratic requirements in connection with developments. For me and my family we would never have ventured forward in Croatia without Ozana Sustic beside us.

In one word, we provide – everything. Everything from commissioning a geodetic project to registering property into cadastre and land registries. This includes:
analysis of project tasks, commissioning a geodetic project, drafting concept designs with 3D animation, designing main projects, planning construction projects, providing solutions for interior design, acquiring building permits, supervision of conducting final works in construction, consulting, dividing property into flats,  acquiring energy  certificates and registering property into cadastre and land registries.  All the services listed are enabled due to regular improvement of our employees and continuous raising our quality levels.
